1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing this website, signing a Statement of Work (SOW), or retaining Cloud Vertex Solution (Cloudvertexsolution.com) for digital engineering services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Intellectual Property (IP) Guarantee
Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing, upon full settlement of contracted milestone invoices, the Client retains 100% complete and unencumbered ownership of all custom source code, documentation, designs, and architectural assets created specifically for the project. Cloud Vertex Solution claims zero ongoing royalties or vendor lock-in rights.
3. Dedicated Talent & Staff Augmentation
For dedicated developer squad engagements, developers work exclusively during designated business hours under client sprint management. We offer a zero-risk 2-week trial period; if a developer fails to match expected velocity or technical proficiency, we replace the resource immediately at no extra transition cost.
4. Non-Disclosure & Confidentiality
Both parties execute bilateral Non-Disclosure Agreements prior to project kickoff. Cloud Vertex Solution enforces strict confidentiality protocols across all engineers, including code-repository access logging, biometric workstation protection, and zero-leakage security audits.
5. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be construed in accordance with applicable commercial and contract laws. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved amicably through good-faith negotiation.
